“I don’t believe it either, maybe it’s a faked story.”

Floods are coming everywhere. Mississippi, Yangzi, and Yellow river. It’s the first effect of the climate. I guess many lands will be covered by water after Arctic ice and glaciers melted. People will starve and die. At that time everyone will cry why did not they pay money to improve climate. But, it will be too late.

Rich world claimed developing countries should pay more for the climate change because emissions from developing countries are growing so fast. China, India, Indonesia and Brazil, and most developing countries have the same opinion: almost all the greenhouse gases that have accumulated over the past two centuries came from developed C, so the rich world must shoulder its responsibility for fixing the climate.

The negotiations continue while the CO2 is heating up the planet. The average global temperature increase  0.6c in a century.  Each country fights for their benefits. But they must get the result and try to control the greenhouse gases otherwise nobody will survive. Three monks don’t have water to drink~ How to reduce the CO2 in air, use renewable energy, wind, farm, biofuels, geothermal and plug in cars. And try to reduce the CO2 directly.

2.     Oil supply countries always signed up the produce contract several years ago. And the contract could be sold and bought in the market

3.     Price always projects the future price too, it means contract market price pictures the future relationship between demand and supply

4.     Recently, demand grows faster than supply, ( 60% and 30% in five years)

5.     When the price rockets, you should reduce demand or increase supply. In the other words, it will affect the price if customer cannot pay the oil bill and change their life style. (move to apartment from house)Or oil countries increase supply.

6.     China has 8% of international demand increase in the whole world increase demands.

Visa

 

American visa application process is a painful nightmare for Chinese though I received them four times. Usually I don’t concentrate on that. Because I feel a little angry and humiliated for the whole process.  First step, I prepared many documents which include bank account, invitation, etc. 2^nd step, called American embassy to join the waiting list. It was 3 month long. And the conference would be finished before I see the visa interviewer. So I had to pay 1000rmb to a company to jump up the list. 3^rd. I had to stand in the crowd for almost 4 hours waiting for a 10sec interview. And I was lucky I was not refused. In fact I guess they refuse to give visa to 60% Chinese. And I remember a boy cried a lot in the small hall where at least 300 people stand side by side.

 

What can I say?

 

So everyone would tremble when he/she heard interviewer called their name. Especially after they waited since 7 o’clock without breakfast. So I decide I won’t go to the USA any more. But what can I do when there is a business conference. It is nuts.

 

I can understand the developed countries opinion, they are afraid that Chinese immigrate to their lands and forget it is so natural. Poor wants to immigrate to richer lands. Impossible to ban it. And we just arrived there before them.

What causes a war

What causes a war? Profit? Moral? Religion? I believe war is for resources. Two children fight for a toy. Kampongs fight for water. Countries fight for lands. Phyle fight for oil Fight for oil. And this fight is called “moral”. People always say things very resonalblely, “He has stolen my toys, so I must beat him.” “They drink all the water, we must get our water.” “Let our sheep have more pasture” “we must drive car to work!”. Or in other holy words, “he is a thief!” “They are murders!” “Their money is dirty!” “We must set them free”

 

Well, if population grows, if resources are limited, it seems war can’t be avoided. Unless population is controlled and we invent a new energy, maybe the war could disappear. Meanwhile, religions believe if people could limit their appetite, they would be happier. It’s the way to resolve fight. Hmm, I choose first method.

Magic is a western idea. Chinese always thinks spirit in their body. In fact, the spirit is not a good translation. Chinese call it “Qi”, means “air”. In the book, if anybody could control “Qi”, they could kill anybody, even a little girl or old grandpa has the power. It’s too weird to prove with current science system. But it inspired Chinese acupuncture system which includes needles “zhenjiu”.

How strange they are.

Magic and Qi have much in common. 1. Cannot be proved by science & logic. 2. Both of them have strong power. 3. Both of them could be controlled by people. And they have many differences either. Qi is believed to originate in body, could be saved, could be used, could be out of control, could be wasted till nothing left, after that you must wait until it is created by your body again. Think about the water in a cup…, if you are a chammor hero, you could find method to create Qi faster and help many other people. You could Kill and cure other people by transporting part of your Qi to their body. What could magic do? Control fire, wind, and poison. Well, I have to say there are so many such magic trocks in a Chinese book named “fengshenyanyi”, about 2000 years old. As the story tells many guys could travel through the earth or air or fire. I guess the writer has learned some idea from the west because he lived about 500 years ago. At that time western monks entered china and tried to spread their religion.

J and for the poison. Western people want to create gold from metals, Chinese always wanted to live forever. such different goals. So different results are, Chinese create Chinese acupunture system, and it cured many lives. And western people really found the basic element though it was not gold. Maybe we could say all dreams will be achieved.
